How Long Should Orders Take?
We suggest customers should expect Orders to be shipped out within 4-5 days. Everbook is growing larger by the day but we are still a brand new independent print company, so sending large amount of orders may take us time to work through.
You will receive an email with confirmation and shipping information, be sure to check your spam folder!
Refunds/Cancellations
Of course we understand if you change your mind!
Refunds/Cancellations are available within48 Hours of placing your order, after 48 hours we are unable to process any refunds/changes/cancellations on an order.
If you received a Damaged item during transit, we will issue a reprint of your item to replace it. Due to our site being Print-On-Demand, we don't accept returns.
My Courier Isn't Updating My Package Information?
This is a rare incident that happens sadly, and we know it's frustrating because we feel the same.
This is due to the fact sometimes couriers don't update items until it reaches your local distribution centre. This always ends up being resolved with time as your item reaches it's destination.
The only thing we can suggest to do if you ordered with DPD try selecting a delivery date - this way more information will show. With Royal Mail we suggest to contact them directly with the tracking number, they usually take a while to scan and process your order in their distribution centre.
